I've done my own trials on products out there and this is what I've found.
Hanes no wedge underwear really does work and it cost smidgens of the price as Victorias Secret.
Victoria's secret makes really cute underwear, but it cannot hide the fact that I have a triplet belly. (i.e. jowls of the dog, extra skin, jiggly stuff)
A tennis ball works wonders on your back- save a trip to the chiropractor and all that other expensive stuff. Unless you can afford a massage. That trumps all.
Oxy clean can get 99% of all my families stains out. I soak the clothes overnight in hot water and a bunch of oxy clean. And I also use the oxy clean spray.
Steamed vegetable packs are just as good as the home grown stuff.
