I'm at a crucial crossroads in my life.
I can either lose the 20-30 lbs I want to lose, or gain 75 to 100 lbs over the next two years and try out for the Biggest Loser.
I think I could gain the weight quite easily as eating out has always come naturally to me. Also, chocolate, ice cream and chips are very agreeable too.
The downside of that is buying new or bigger clothes and frankly being a bit more tired due to the extra weight.
Also, I'd have to leave the kids behind while I was on the show. I'm not sure if that is a positive or negative.
